Valentine's Day at Barretts Restaurant

Valentine's Day at Barretts Restaurant promises a memorable evening with their special shared dinner menu for two, priced at $95 per person. Upon arrival, each guest is greeted with a glass of Hunter Valley Bimbadgen sparkling Semillon, setting the tone for the evening. The culinary journey begins with a shared entrée featuring Western Australian King prawns, perfectly complemented by confit garlic, gremolata, and olive oil, served alongside crusty sourdough. For the main course, guests indulge in a sumptuous six-hour slow-cooked Milly Hill lamb shoulder, accompanied by rich duck fat potatoes and a medley of seasonal vegetables, all brought together with a savory jus.

To conclude the menu on a sweet note, each person enjoys a decadent passionfruit panna cotta, paired with strawberry mousse and topped with pistachio praline, creating a delightful balance of flavors and textures.

This exclusive Valentine's Day dinner menu is available for pre-order only on Friday February 14th, and Saturday, February 15th, with bookings closing at noon on Wednesday, February 12th. This unique dining experience at Barrett's is perfect for couples looking to celebrate love.
